How do I place an order?

To place an order, you’ll first need to apply for a wholesale account by filling out our registration form.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive a link to set your password. After you have set your password and logged in, you’ll be able to place an order.

Who can apply for a wholesale account?

Whether you’re a cafe or reseller, as long as you are a business purchasing products in bulk, you will be eligible for a wholesale account.

We do not enforce a fixed minimum order amount; however, accounts are intended for wholesale purchasing only. Small orders (under $100) may result in an account review. We reserve the right to review or remove accounts at our discretion.

If you are an individual looking to purchase any of these products, please visit Home Barista Shop to place an order instead.

How long does it take for my account to be approved?

We aim to set your account up the same day. If you have not heard back from us within two working days after submitting the application form, please get in touch.

How much will shipping cost?

 North Island Orders:

– $15 shipping for North Island orders (excludes large items)
– plus $15 per large item
– Local customers within our delivery area will have a reduced rate (automatically applies at checkout)

Large Items:
Thumpa knock tube large (THUMPA860)
All grinders
Blenders & sound enclosures

South Island Orders:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a standard flat-rate shipping service to the South Island at this time. Shipping costs for all South Island orders are calculated based on the delivery location, order size and weight. Once your order has been placed, our team will calculate and provide the shipping cost on your invoice.

How do I pay for my order?

For customers who already have an account with us – you can continue as usual and pay on account (20th month). Just select pay on account at checkout.

For new customers (North Island) – we have online payment options available.

For South Island customers, we calculate shipping based on your order – so you’ll only see the “pay on account” option. After you’ve submitted your order, we will email you an invoice which will include your shipping cost.

Please note: for all new customers, payment in full is required before your order will be shipped.

What does it mean if an item is on "Special Order"?

Items on special order are items we don’t usually keep stock of, but can get from our supplier in 2-3 business days. We will either ship directly from our supplier to you (in which case there will actually be no extra wait for these products) or if you have ordered other products from our store we may wait to recieve the items and send your entire order out together.
